Vitalie Borosan

The Borosan family has implemented, during the 2011-2015, a complex project of energy efficiency measures in their home. Work has been carried out for the insulation of the roof and basement floors of the house, subsequently the outer walls of the house were insulated with polystyrene and mineral wool. The family budget had only to gain from the project. Over a year, gas consumption was reduced by 600 m3 and the financial resources saved from less firewood use were of 6,400 lei. According to their calculations, the investment will be recovered within approximately 7 years.
