The “Alfa-Nistru” cannery has installed a heating system based on solid biofuel. The boiler has an output of 7500 kW and can produce up to 24 tons of steam per hour. The facility has enabled saving of over 63,000 m3 of natural gas, representing 30% of the total consumption of the company.
